You can reach out to the listed delegation chair for your county and/or their aide and ask that you get updates for delegation meetings. Some counties send out updates and others do not, so continue to monitor the above meeting calendar in any case.

Local Advocacy Opportunities
Be on the lookout for opportunities to interact with your legislators and let them know you support NPV. These opportunities might include local Chamber of Commerce meetings, Tiger Bay Club meetings, post-session debriefing meetings, and others. In addition to finding these events in your local newspaper, many legislators send out their own newsletters letting you know where they will be appearing. Sign up for these newsletters or ask their aides to be put on the mailing list. Become a familiar face and reference past engagements when setting up future meetings.
Also, let the meeting organizers know that FL NPV can present to their organization if they are looking for speakers. This allows us to introduce NPV to more people and hopefully add additional advocates and volunteers.
